Olusola is a seasoned human resource specialist with over 10 years experience across various industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in German Language from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria and speaks German and Yoruba languages fluently. Olusola began her professional career as a Sales Coordinator with Le Meridien Eko Hotel. While there she developed a keen interest in the industry and deepened her expertise in Human Resources and marketing. Her career has spanned some of the foremost hotel brands in the country such as Ibis Hotel Ikeja, Lagos where she worked as the Human Resources Manager and Nicon Luxury Hotel, as Head of Administration and Human Resources. As a member of the Management Committee at both hotels she frequently took part in decision-making on all operational, human resources and marketing matters.
